On the last friday, I learned about kitchen operation with Chef Souji. That day was my first time to see all the equipments directly. Those thing are big and heavy. At the first time, I had to find my station and my copartner. I chose Angelina become my partner. He asked me to take cutting board and oval plate. After that, Chef Souji asked to fold my wiping clothes and put it under green cutting board. Besides that, he taught me how to set our stations. I should remember the first place of all of equipments at my station. What i see first time, that means i should set like that time. It is hard to remember those all things.. Moreover, i got know how to differenciate my equipments such as fish knive, utility knive, pair knive, plastic spatula, steel spatula.. It really amazing because i can know all the name.. Besides that, i knew where i can put my thing in. After that, i should fill my water container until a half and put all of my equipments such as ladle, wooden spoon, skimmer, wire whisk. These all are the equipments at Taylor's kitchen(Culinary suite 2) . You can see picture on the bottom, they are all the equipments at my station which had been setting and we should remember that set.

After we did this one, we should took all the equipments and separate it, then we learned how to tie scarf. My scarf is red. First, Chef Souji asked to fold it and made triangle. After that, fold it 1/3 from the bottom and then fold again until reach 1/3 to the bottom and then unfolded the bottom and fold the top one until fold all and make a small folding. After that, make the scarf like tie and made knot. Besides that, we learned how to tie apron and hang wiping cloth to apron's wire. To tie apron, we should folded that twice times and then tie apron's wire and hide it behind apron's folding then we hang wiping cloth to apron's wire. After that, we just known that why we call our shoe is safety shoe. Because, the material of shoe is tough and can secure our legs. You can try to put something heavy on your safety shoe (It is better to use and try it, so you can feel it) and you will not fell anything.
We also got campus trip for culinary suite and surrounded with Chef Souji. We entered storage rooms and it feel freezy. But it was amazing!! :)
