MENU 3- TAPAS BUFFET

Hello!! :D it was amazing day.. I wanna share about my tapas-buffet for my third menu on this sem.
Well, guess what. for doing 6 tapas menu, so there are 3 of us in a group and try to setting the table and the tapas on it.
It was a bit dissapoint, compare to other groups, our group was a bit lame. :(
The 6 menu were :
Beef en croute with choron sauce
Chicken liver parfait with chutney
Mini swiss steak
Pissaladierre
Gazpacho soup
Prawn ravioli with bisque sauce

Mistake:
1.Gazpacho = Too much capsicum
2.Liver parfait = not cooked, still pinkish, chutney too big size
3.Mini swiss steak = too hard, too long braised

In addition, the table set-up not so luxury and we only use recycle thing such as bottle and try to make tree from it, and no color on our plate or even our table set-up so yeah.. i am so sad when know the result of it.. but hell yeah! try to do another thing well in other menus :D
