JUNE tough week - GWC!
Hello fellas!
This whole week i am busy working in KLCC for WGC event. It was exhausting and well gaining good experience to be under pressure and mise-en-place for a lot of people.
Most of the staffs are part-timers here and for this event the waitress also from college student mostly.
So actually if the service was bad, it will give bad impress to them since we bring the country name in front of them. I was attached in Malay kitchen and me and 2 other friends from Taylor's are helping the staffs for their mise en place and it was nice for us to get along with other college students and to know each others. For me is best way to get connection as well.
Meanwhile, within this holiday and working week i got my time to try mille-crepes.. So yeahh.. finally after few weeks i tried my best to make a mille crepes but too bad the crepes are too thick and the orange gave sour flavor for my sauce but i am so happy my housemate love to see how i plate but for her the sauce was sour and too thick not so smooth and easy to be cut. I will try again if got another time and ask her try the improvement. ;)
